Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed analysis on sales performance, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and improve conversion rates.
* Support Account Executives and Partnerships Managers in deal review and negotiation.
* Deliver regular reporting on business growth and performance, ensuring key stakeholders are informed.
* Lead tactical projects from inception to delivery, overseeing execution and unblocking issues as required.
* Collaborate with finance to develop and deliver sales and revenue targets, executing growth productivity and conversion rate modelling.
Requirements:
* Management consulting experience in strategy and operations.
* Strong Excel/data modelling skills.
* Operations and process oriented, with a logical mindset and ability to streamline complex workflows.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to synthesise information effectively.
