ETS are currently seeking a Head Mechanic to join our team at our Cameron Park workshop. Work alongside an awesome local team, supporting an Australian owned Company.
Collaborate with the National team members to identify areas for improvement in workshop and fleet maintenance activities.
Coordinate tasks such as routine maintenance, breakdowns, and one-off inspections for both oneself and other mechanics/apprentices, providing job cards and service sheets.
Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed to the required standards within specified deadlines according to ETS policies and procedures.
Supervise workshop activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and safe completion of work.
Manage weekly parts ordering for maintenance and repairs.
Competitive hourly rate plus OT (earn $130k - $140k) + Super, vehicle & phone
Optional monthly RDO for work life balance

Uniform, PPE and ongoing training provided.

Skills Required:
Qualified mechanic with relevant trade certification
Valid driver's licence (Heavy rigid licence highly desirable).
Experience with diesel trucks, hydraulics and vegetation equipment (EWP's, utes, chippers)
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems
Proven leadership and communication skills
Committed to maintaining a strong safety culture
