Total Tools Windsor Gardens is looking for a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long‐term relationships.
What will you be doing?
* Managing the front counter and processing sales transactions
* Providing product advice and information to customers
* Responding to customer enquiries and offering practical solutions
* Assisting with repairs, backorder follow‐ups, and online order processing
* Maintaining store displays and ensuring a clean, well‐presented counter area
* Processing, tracking, and maintaining customer orders
Does this sound like you?
* Previous retail and/or trade experience—whether you're a customer service star or a tradie stepping off the tools
* Strong understanding of, and interest in, tools and hardware
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and a supportive team player
* Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
* Confident using technology with solid computer literacy
* Available for weekday, weekend, and occasional public holiday work
