About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right solutions, problem solving and developing a successful career in sales within the manufacturing and automotive aftermarket sector.We are looking for someone who enjoys thrives converting enquiries into long-term business partnerships. You will work closely with various customers across Australia, assisting them with product enquiries, quotes and orders while helping grow the TUFF brand. This is a Toowoomba based role.

Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role, preferable B2CAutomotive or 4WD accessory industry experience highly regardedStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated experience in a customer-facing environmentClear and confident communication skills
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with selecting and purchasing TUFF products and accessoriesProvide quotes and follow up sales opportunitiesDeliver excellent after-sales service and customer supportManage phone, website and email enquiriesRecord customer interactions using the company CRM systemDevelop strong knowledge of TUFF products, systems and processes
