About the Role:
NexVentur is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced engineering professionals to join major water infrastructure projects across South Australia, including pipe installation and water treatment facilities. These roles provide exposure to large-scale projects, career development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Engineer:
* Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications.
* Liaise with contractors, clients, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
* Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.
* Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and support project documentation.
Project Engineer:
* Support project execution with cost-effective engineering solutions and methodologies.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and teams to resolve technical, commercial, and scheduling issues.
* Prepare variations, claims, and subcontract agreements.
* Develop and monitor ITPs/ITCs, quality plans, and ensure compliance.
* Participate in procurement planning, resource allocation, and project closeout activities.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in Site Engineering, Project Engineering, or Project Management within water, utilities, or transport projects.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A.
