Are you experienced in processing airworthiness records and looking for a challenging opportunity in aviation maintenance? CAMO Tech Record Officers are needed to support our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) functions in our Goulburn office. Reporting to the CAM, you will be responsible for various critical tasks under the direction of authorized personnel.
Our company, Vee H Aviation, trading as Corporate Air and Link Airways are an aviation service company that provides regional airline and charter services to customers in eastern and southern Australia.
Link Airways is a Regional Passenger airline, servicing rural and regional towns along the eastern seaboard.
Corporate Air, provides FIFO, Charter and Emergency Services flights to clients Australia wide.
Primary role and responsibilities.
* Process completed work packs, task cards, and update Aircraft Airworthiness Records.
* Prepare continuing airworthiness records for short and long term archiving whilst ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
* Manage internal and external document storage.
* Generate work packs in accordance with the maintenance planning.
* Obtaining and updating ICA/maintenance data
* Entering aircraft utilization data and defects in our Airworthiness control program
* Assisting in ensuring timely reporting of defects by Flight Crew and AMOs.
Preferred experience and attributes
* Technical records and planning experience within aviation or similar.
* Strong administration skills – highly organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, display initiative and work productively as part of a team.
* Demonstrated understanding of aviation regulatory and compliance framework.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Willing to learn new processes and technologies.
* Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to obtain and hold an ASIC.
