Job Description
We are growing our Toowoomba store and looking for new people to join the team.
If you are motivated, enjoy having fun at work, hyper-focused on customer experience and want to start a new career, please read on. You will be joining a team of brokers and administrators who have decades of experience and are happy to help you grow to become the best regional broker you can.
Your Role as a Broker In Our Store:
* Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
* Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
* Leverage Aussie property hub to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey including buyer's agents and conveyancing
* Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline
* Have clients booked directly into your diary – no cold calling enquiries
This is a rare salaried mortgage broker role, with the opportunity to earn a competitive base plus uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:
* A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can help)
* A background in sales or customer service roles
* Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
* A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
* Unrestricted Australian working rights
