Our work blends strong strategy, disciplined execution, and modern CRM architecture.We're expanding our senior delivery capability and are looking for a Solutions Delivery Lead to work with us to deliver complex HubSpot, Aircall, RevOps, and CRM projects.The RoleAs our Solutions Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of the technical services delivery function: HubSpot architecture, RevOps implementations, integrations, and go-lives.You'll work closely with our CTO/Solutions Architect, Solutions Implementation Team, and Account/Project Managers to ensure projects are:Well designedWell executedDelivered on timeEasy for clients to use and grow withYou'll still be close enough to the work to be credible, but your core value is direction, standards, and smooth execution.What You'll DoLead the technical delivery of HubSpot, Aircall and RevOps projects.Set and review technical approaches, including data models, processes, integrations, and migration strategies.Partner with our CTO/Solutions Architect on system design and act as the accountable owner for how those designs are implemented.Support and coach the technical team (implementation, RevOps specialists, developers) so they can execute with confidence.Work with the team to keep work flowing smoothly, with clear priorities and visibility of risks.Join key client sessions to explain solutions, handle technical questions, and provide guidance during planning and launch phases.Oversee go-live windows for key projects, ensuring testing, UAT, and cutover plans are robust and supported.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery standards, documentation, QA processes, and internal technical practices.What You BringStrong hands-on background in HubSpot across multiple Hubs (Sales, Service, Marketing, Ops; CMS a bonus), including Breeze AI and knowledge of Agents.Experience with or the ability to learn and get certified in Aircall Solutions, including AI Assist, and Agents.Solid experience designing and delivering end-to-end CRM or RevOps implementations:Data modelling and custom objectsLifecycle and pipeline designWorkflow and automation designReporting and attribution.Familiarity with integrations and APIs:When to use out-of-the-box integrations vs custom approaches.Understanding of webhooks, sync behaviour, and common integration patterns.Experience in an agency or consulting environment where you've needed to balance best practice, timelines, and commercial reality.A communication style that is:Clear, straightforward, and confident when you need to draw a line.Calm and solution-oriented when projects get complex.How You Like to WorkYou'll thrive in this role if you:Enjoy being the person people come to when they're stuck and need a clear path forward.Like working across multiple projects and industries rather than being embedded in a single internal system.Are comfortable coaching others, not just doing the work yourself.Take ownership of outcomes and care about long-term client success, not just go-live dates.What's on OfferThe opportunity to shape and lead the technical delivery function in a growing HubSpot agency, with a solid reputation for delivering successful, complex projects.Collaboration with an experienced, talented team that values quality, continuous learning and long-term client partnerships.A portfolio of interesting projects.Flexible, modern working environment.If this sounds like you, send through your CV and a short overview of how your experience aligns with the job role.
