**Responsibilities**
- As the Growth Marketing Manager you will be at the forefront of innovation and experimentation in a rapidly expanding business.
- You will be responsible for planning, launching and scaling user acquisition and retention initiatives across key growth marketing channels, in particular across Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Influencers & Advertorials). Experience across other channels is a bonus.
- Scale growth marketing strategies to accelerate new member acquisition, retention and referral.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns from end-to-end across Social, Influencers, Affiliates, Publishers and App Store.
- Track, manage and optimise performance and large-scale investment to achieve key objectives include new member acquisition, monthly active users (MAU) and cost-per-acquired customer (CAC).
- Brief in-house creative teams to design high-quality creative, content and landing pages to support growth marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns, retail events and custom solutions for our merchant partners.
- Provide strategic recommendations to complement and enhance brand marketing activity.
About You
- Growth mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life and analyse the end results to drive future performance
- Confident managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Subject matter expert in one or more of the following channels; Social (Facebook, TikTok, Snap), Influencers, Apple Search Ads and Affiliates.
- Proficient with marketing analytics tools (GA4, MMP) and data visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, PowerBI).
- Passion for data and uncovering actionable insights.
