The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people focused Administration Support Officer to join our Ageing Services team in our Eight Mile Plains office.
You'll be the first point of contact for administrative matters relating to CHSP services—playing a vital role in data accuracy, smooth onboarding, record maintenance, and communication across the team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in creating efficient, client centred administrative systems. While this position does not involve direct care, your work will meaningfully enhance service quality and client experience.
This is a full time position offered on a 1 year max term contract, with the possibility of extension as the service continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client onboarding documents and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Complete timely data entry, uploads, and basic reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Lead and the broader team.
• Coordinate documents, communications, and scheduling needs.
• Assist with general office tasks including filing, preparing materials, and managing supplies.
• Support CHSP compliance requirements and participate in team meetings.
What You'll Bring
• Strong administrative skills, including CRM use and accurate data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under general supervision and manage competing priorities.
• Problem solving skills and sound judgement in routine matters.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of aged care or CHSP (desirable).
Requirements
Mandatory
• NDIS Worker Screening OR valid National Police Check (within 3 months)
• Working with Children Check (state equivalent)
• Completed NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You
• Right to Work in Australia
Desirable
• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Business Administration
• Current driver's licence
