Overview
Geodetica is a professional services firm helping clients take the most efficient (geodesic) path from where they are to where they want to be. We combine deep expertise in program and project management, engineering and strategic consulting to deliver practical, high-impact outcomes for our clients across Defence, government and private enterprise.
Our team brings together seasoned program managers, project controllers, engineers and strategic advisors who thrive on solving complex challenges and creating sustainable value. We pride ourselves on honest collaboration, tailored support and a commitment to client capability uplift — ensuring our partners are confident and capable long after our engagements conclude.
At Geodetica we don't just provide advice — we roll up our sleeves, integrate with teams, and deliver results across diverse sectors, from sovereign capability programs to emerging industry initiatives. If you're looking to be part of a dynamic team that blends strategic insight with practical delivery, you've found the right place.
Role Description
Geodetica is growing its scheduling capability and is seeking junior Program and Project Schedulers to support complex Defence projects across Australia.

Depending on your experience, this may include schedule development, progress tracking, critical path analysis, risk and dependency management, and direct engagement with Defence stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, nationally significant programs, build deep Defence experience, and be part of a team that values rigour, collaboration and practical outcomes. We're looking for people who are detail-oriented, curious, and keen to grow.
