Client Service Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Client Service Administrator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will provide administrative support to our financial planning team.
Job Description
As a Client Service Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and compliant client records. You will prepare and organise documentation for adviser and client reviews, assist Financial Planners in implementing recommendations for clients, and update client information in the CRM and other systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a client service admin position
* Strong compliance focus and attention to detail
* Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client CRM's
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Organised with effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
