* Opening and closing the store, and supervising shifts.
* Providing clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to the team.
* Assisting in training and onboarding new team members.
* Serving customers at the registers with a smile.
* Keeping shelves stocked with products.
* Maintaining a safe working environment.
This is a part-time position, requiring evening and weekend work as part of the store management team.
