Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in running the store efficiently.
* Inspire and lead the team, creating memorable customer experiences.
* Collaborate with the local community and build leadership skills.
* Partner with the Store Manager to lead by example and promote company values: Honesty, Bravery, Integrity, Innovation, and Optimism.
* Use visual merchandising and styling skills to showcase products.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a medium to large retail environment.
* Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
* Ability to develop leadership and management skills.
