Admin Assistant – Part Time (3 Days per Week)
We are seeking an experienced and organised Admin Assistant to provide essential support to our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
What you'll be doing
1. Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone and email
2. Maintaining accurate client records and data in our systems
3. Scheduling and coordinating appointments for our technicians
4. Scheduling and coordination support
5. Filing, reporting, and other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
4. Proficient in using cloud job scheduling software
5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
6. A friendly and professional demeanour
