As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Implementation and adherence to WHS&E; policies and procedures
Stock receiving activities, ensuring accuracy
Order picking accuracy in line with agreed performance KPIs
Daily review of key warehouse reports and tasks
Team development, training
Stock management and accuracy activities including cycle counts, stock takes and stock variance investigation
Involvement in internal and external audits
Maintain tidiness of warehouse
Some LF and LO work where required
General warehousing duties as required
To be successful, you will possess the following:
Experience in a similar role
Current LF license
Current LO license
Passion for growth within an organisation
Strong people-skills
Ability to manage conflict within a team
Strong time management skills
Good customer service
Passion for WHS
Excellent organization and tidiness
