The Role: Back-Office Processing Champion
This is a dynamic and demanding position essential to the bank's operations, focusing on the processing and maintenance of customer accounts. If you thrive on repetitive tasks and have a meticulous approach, you will excel here.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* High-Volume Manual Processing:
Managing substantial volumes of paperwork, forms, and workflow via Outlook, with a focus on administrative accuracy.
* Estate and Account Maintenance:
Handling complex processes related to customer disputes, estates, and maintenance, including verifying documentation and liaising with representatives.
* Customer Correspondence:
Using standardized templates to send essential internal and external communications to customers, solicitors, and executors.
* System Updates:
Maintaining and updating current customer accounts, including changes to names, addresses, and other details.

* No Prior Financial Experience Required:
We welcome candidates straight out of high school or those looking for a career change. We are committed to building talent in-house
* Meticulous Attention to Detail:
This is a non-negotiable—accuracy in data entry and form processing is paramount.
* High-Level Administrative Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and basic computer/processing abilities.
* Driven and Enthusiastic:
You must be eager to learn, get your hands dirty, and accelerate your career path.
* Adaptability:
An interest in change and the ability to thrive in an environment undergoing ongoing change initiatives is a plus.
The Offer
* Competitive Hourly Rate:
$37.13 per hour plus Superannuation.
* 6-Month Contract:
Secure a 6-month engagement with a strong potential for a 6-month extension or the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
* Hybrid Work Model:
After an initial 3-month full-time in-office training period (4-5 days a week), the role moves to a flexible hybrid model, requiring a minimum of
one/two day per week
(Thursday team day) in the Sydney office.
