Your key responsibilities:
Maintain inventory services to clients in a timely and efficient manner by utilising modern warehousing and distribution techniques.
Ensuring the quality and standard of incoming stock is of an acceptable standard by inspection prior to acceptance. Liaison with vendors with regard to incorrect deliveries and back orders.
Maintaining a high degree of inventory record accuracy. Monitor and review stock usage levels to minimise inventory levels whilst satisfying client needs.
Key competencies (role specific criteria):
Knowledge and experience in warehousing and distribution activities for a large organisation.
Knowledge of and compliance with financial and procurement delegations.
Knowledge and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office software e.g. word and excel.
Ability to use a Personal Computer
Knowledge of specific Queensland Health software e.g. S4 HANA, MS Outlook etc
