* Pay rate: $35.15 per hour + super + allowances
* Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm
* Location: Bay View State School, Thornlands

Your Day‐to‐Day
* Lead and support a team of on‐site cleaners
* Allocate work and ensure cleaning standards are met
* Maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming school environment
* Conduct site inspections and manage quality control
* Train, mentor and support team members
* Assist with hands‐on cleaning
* Report issues and manage cleaning stock and supplies

What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience supervising or leading a team (preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A practical, hands‐on approach and strong work ethic
* Computer literacy
* Ability to perform physical tasks
* Valid Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
* Recent National Police Check
* Driver's licence and reliable transport
