Currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Loader Operator to join a busy concrete team based in Margaret River.
About the Role:
* Operate front-end loader to load materials into the plant and trucks
* Assist with daily concrete batching operations
* Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping
* Opportunity to be upskilled into batching operations
* Work Monday to Friday with ability to work Saturdays as required.
About You:
* Valid Front-End Loader Ticket (essential)
* Previous experience in concrete, quarry, or similar industries desirable
* Willingness to learn and upskill into a Batching Operator role
* Able to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
