An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant in Nursing to join the Gympie Nursing Casual Pool at Sunshine Coast Health.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care within a dynamic health environment, supporting the delivery of safe and quality healthcare under the supervision of registered nurses.
Working across a 25-bed general medical and surgical unit, you'll assist in caring for acutely unwell patients while contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities include:
Provide person-centred nursing care and assistance under the direction and supervision of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, ensuring the delivery of safe and quality care.
Support and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient healthcare environment, adhering to infection prevention, workplace health and safety, and organisational policies.
Contribute to the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of patients through effective communication, empathy, and respect for individual needs and preferences.
Participate in continuous quality improvement and safety activities, maintaining compliance with professional, ethical, and legislative requirements.
Salary rates: $***** - $*****p.h.
employer contribution to superannuation (up to *****%) (Nurse Grade 1, Band 1) (casual positions available) Applications will remain current for 12 months.
