About the Leisure Services Officer Role

Job Description:
* This role involves working across multiple areas, including aquatics, customer service, programs and events, and fitness and coaching.
* You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, upholding high standards of safety and cleanliness, and engaging with visitors to provide a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service across various roles and activities.
2. Maintain a safe and clean environment in all areas of the centre.
3. Engage with visitors to create a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
* A strong customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications for the area you are applying for (e.g. Working with Children's Check, First Aid, Pool Lifeguard, Swim Teacher, Certificate III/IV in Fitness).
