Office/Accounts Administrator
Savco Vegetation Services provides domestic and contract tree lopping and weed control services in Queensland.
Savco is seeking a full time Office/Accounts Administrator to join our company. We are seeking a motivated individual to handle administration and financial tasks in a supportive and collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and process weekly payment runs
* Assist with month-end closing procedures
* Verify and reconcile bank and vendor statements
* General office administration and data entry, Filing and other ad hoc accounting tasks as required
* Customer and supplier communication
* Assisting with business operations as needed
Successful applicate will need:
* Proficiency in computer skills with MS Excel, Office.
* Proficiency in Quickbooks, Xero, Hubdoc preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
