About Central Gippsland Health
Central Gippsland Health (CGH) is a sub-regional health service and the major provider of health and aged care services in the Wellington Shire. CGH is located in the City of Sale, 215 km east of Melbourne. The City of Sale offers access to the Gippsland Lakes, 90 Mile Beach, and the Victorian Alps.
CGH provides acute care through an integrated service model across Wellington Shire and beyond, with beds across Sale, Maffra, and Heyfield campuses. Services include emergency, critical care, neonatal care, surgeries, oncology, dialysis, and rehabilitation.
CGH is also a teaching hospital affiliated with Monash University's School of Rural Health, offering placements and clinical experiences for students.
About the Role
This position will collaboratively provide reception, secretarial, and executive administrative support to the CGH Executive team.
Duties
1. Planning, prioritising, and coordinating Executive Team members’ work schedules
2. Providing administrative support to Boards of Management, including after-hours meetings
3. Drafting correspondence and documentation
4. Maintaining registers for complaints, contracts, gifts, etc.
5. Coordinating interactions between internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Business or Administration qualification at minimum Certificate 3 level
* Experience managing change within an organisation
* Excellent planning and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
* Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
