What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Quick Response and Weekend Physiotherapist is an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, providing quality physiotherapy services to patients/clients of the SNSW Local Health District in order to meet their health and wellbeing needs, providing the right care at the right time and in the right place.
Selection Criteria
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist
* Demonstrated proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Extensive broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency and the ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload across a regional area
* Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice
* Demonstrated ability to lead planning and evaluation of team activities and to provide and coordinate staff and student supervision
* Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes
* Current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to maintain; willingness to drive/travel as the role requires, including long distances and overnight stays
