Position: HV Design Manager
Location: Adelaide
Salary: $180k-$210k base + super + paid overtime
Project Value: $40m-$220m.
Design & Build Recruitment are partnering with a national EPC contractor delivering wind farms, BESS, hybrid microgrids, HV substations and integrated generation projects across Australia.
Due to continued growth and larger, more complex project awards, they are seeking a HV Design Manager to lead design delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
As The Design Manager, You Will
* Oversee design strategy and engineering governance across HV and renewable projects
* Allocate resources across multiple disciplines to meet schedule and budget
* Act as the primary technical interface between engineering, construction and clients
* Drive consistency across design standards, processes and risk management

What They're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in the mining, electrical utility, resource or renewables sectors
* Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
* Extensive HV infrastructure experience (33kV-132kV+)
* Strong understanding of full EPC project lifecycle
* Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
* Confident client-facing capability
