Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements at our project site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate, promote, and drive a positive HSEQ culture within the workplace
* Conduct site inductions and provide support to new employees and contractors
* Ensure all incident events are reported, recorded, escalated, and investigated as per company standards and procedures
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or relevant university graduate diploma in safety, previous experience as a health and safety representative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment on a FIFO (8/6) roster.
