What you'll be responsible for
* Leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Driving store performance, budgets and KPIs with your team
* Coaching and mentoring team members through real‐time feedback
* Managing day‐to‐day store operations and stock flow processes
* Executing strong visual merchandising with a commercial mindset
* Building a positive team culture and succession planning future leaders

* Previous leadership experience at Manager level from any background

* Visual merchandising and styling experience
