- Manage a small caseload of clients, providing support and guidance;

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage competing priorities;
- Excellent administration skills, including database management;
- A genuine passion for helping people and building relationships;
