Your next opportunity:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in the management of customer accounts and key relationships. This is a part time position which will be based at our Perth Airport office.
Your day will involve:
* Support sales strategies in conjunction with our Sales Managers for Concrete and Quarries
* Provide support in quotations and pricing
* Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts for tenders
* Assist the sales team with managing the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)
* Prepare reports for the sales team regarding customer order progression
* Implement and maintain an efficient document control system
What are we looking for?
* Strong administration experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
* Excellent people skills and communication skills
* Experience with document control systems and practices
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
* Experience in the construction or Concrete industry (Advantageous)
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce preferred)
* Detail-orientated with a focus on accuracy
* A dedication to quality and a willingness to learn
