Job Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of high priority/complex client companies by providing full set of corporate secretarial services.
* Able to assist with technical queries/structures.
* Board Support and Board Meeting Assistance.
* Assisting with ASIC class orders requirements.
* On boarding of new clients.
* Ensure compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
* Maintain good relationship with client and team
* Preparation and issue of invoices and follow up on payment and follow up debts
* Build up opportunities for additional services providing to existing clients
* Liaise with internal service line teams for client service
* Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the team
* Supervise/manage and review subordinates' work
* Ensure mid-year and annual performance review are completed by the due date
* Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team
* Assist with Know Your Client (KYC)
* Ad hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years' relevant experience gained from professional firms/ CPA firm/law firm with 4 years in supervisory level
* Degree holder in Business/Law/Accounting/Tax with 5 years relevant experience gained in a professional firm/CPA firm/law firm
* Member of ICSA / Governance Institute of Australia
* Prior experience in client servicing environment is essential
* Knowledge of Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) is preferred
* Excellent knowledge in local country company regulations and familiar with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions
