This role is suited to someone who is confident managing files autonomously, while still valuing mentorship and collaboration. You will work closely with an experienced and highly respected partner, who is known for being generous with his time and guidance. The broader team includes seven solicitors across commercial and litigation, supported by dedicated property, administrative and accounts staff, creating a genuinely collaborative and well resourced environment. The firm has a strong track record of retaining and progressing its lawyers, with clear examples of long term tenure and internal promotion to partnership. The expectation is 5.5 billable hours per day, with direct client contact and meaningful responsibility from day one.
