* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients
* Provide strategic risk advice and place a wide range of insurance programs
* Maintain strong market and insurer relationships
* Offer mentorship to junior team members
* Negotiate renewals and new business with a solutions-oriented approach
Key Requirements:
5+ years proven experience in a similar Insurance Broker or Account Manager role, Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance lines, ability to work autonomously on complex & challenging policies, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification essential, proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
