We are looking for an experienced client-facing Project Manager to join our Implementation team.
Reporting to the Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of external client implementation projects, including resource planning, budget allocation and scheduling.
This role is based in our new state-of-the-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
Develop a comprehensive implementation plan for all projects.
Ensure clients' expectations and needs are accurately met and understood.
Delegate and manage tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
Manage issue resolution and be the escalation point for project issues.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Demonstrated experience working in a complex operational / implementation / service delivery role.
Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role, working as a vendor (essential).
Payroll Implementation experience (advantage).Planning and resource scheduling skills with an ability to lead a team of people.Relevant tertiary qualification.PMBOK or other PM Qualifications. Membership of PMI or AIPM (desirable).
