About the Role
In this exciting sales role, you'll:
* Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers
* Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
* Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features and benefits.
* Showcase a range of quality vehicles from leading brands
* Strive to exceed monthly sales and customer service targets
* Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Deliver a memorable and positive experience every time
What We're Looking For
* Sales experience (automotive a bonus, but not essential)
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for customer service.
* Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed
* Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to overall dealership success.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Current driver's licence (manual licence recommended)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
