Your Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Residential Aged Care. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who shares our passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people.
As a member of our team, you will work across a range of clinical areas, including mobility and functional assessments, restorative therapy, falls prevention, pressure care, pain management, and active ageing group programs.
You will have the opportunity to deliver one-on-one reablement therapy or collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans. Your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing physiotherapy services to residents in a residential aged care setting
* Conducting mobility and functional assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Developing and implementing individualised reablement plans to promote independence and well-being
* Collaborating with care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services
* Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
* Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practice
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people
* Australian working rights
* Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
* Drivers' license and willingness to travel around a dedicated region
