**We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable, and driven Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join a growing team.**
The role requires you to be a self-motivated individual who isn't afraid of a challenge. Your ability to multitask will set you up for success in this role. You will be expected to converse with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders within the business. These will include potential customers, existing customers, and your colleagues.
**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to all relocation's enquiries, via both inbound phone calls and warm outbound leads.
- Selling, scheduling and managing local and interstate relocations.
- Take phone calls and delegate messages for other departments.
- Complete integrity for previous days bookings.
- Assisting the Operations team with daily management of on-road teams.
- Attend fortnightly sales meetings & communicate any important operations information.
- Refer broader sales opportunities where available to the sales team.
- Review and recommend improvements to current systems and processes.
- Attend all company full staff meetings.
- Administrational tasks as they arise.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as they come to hand.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient computer skills.
- The ability to work effectively with our on-road and office team members.
- Competent at multi-tasking and conflict resolution.
- Positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to assist your teammates where required
- Punctuality
**Benefits**
- $55,000 - $75,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on the applicant.
