Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement high-quality Java application solutions across the full software development lifecycle feasibility, analysis, design, build, implementation, support and optimisation.
Produce technical solution designs aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
Analyse new business requirements and contribute to solution design.
Develop, support and enhance system components; conduct thorough unit and integration testing.
Assist in evaluating and selecting new technology solutions.
About You
Degree in IT (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years’ Java applications development experience.
Strong skills in SQL, Java and contemporary web application frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team, showing initiative and technical leadership.
Experience in analysing and designing complex technology solutions.
Higher-education sector experience will be highly advantageous.
Desirable extras: project management or project team exposure, and familiarity with ITIL principles and processes.
