About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) team. In this role you will manage and maintain our SMSF client base using CRM software, ensuring all client information is accurate and up to date. You will prepare and maintain client folders in SharePoint and coordinate the distribution and return of SMSF documents via FuseSign or hard copy.
You will also handle invoicing for the SMSF team, liaise with auditors and other partners, assist with onboarding new clients, and support auditor administration. From maintaining document registers, to downloading reports and assisting the wider administration team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.
About You
You have demonstrated experience in administration and pride yourself on your excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude are essential. Proficiency in Excel, CRM or accounting software will be highly regarded.
