The position of Comprehensive Care Coordinator role is to lead the development of organisational strategies to embed key principles of person‐centred care, through the implementation of the partnering with consumers in care actions, within the National Safety and Quality Health Services (NSQHSS) Partnering with Consumers Standard and the Comprehensive Care Standard.
About The Team

PSQS provides operational support to build capacity among leaders and front‐line staff and influence the development of effective high performing microsystems and teams. PSQS promotes and fosters a culture of safety and reliability, leads assurance processes and supports the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of patient safety and quality systems which facilitate clinical governance and continuous quality improvement across the organisation.
About The Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
* Collaborate proactively with CHQ leadership, clinical teams, allied health, nursing and other key stakeholders to foster a positive practice environment that supports best‐practice care outcomes.
* Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of systems, processes and clinical governance mechanisms that enable CHQ to meet the requirements of the NSQHS Partnering with Consumers and Comprehensive Care Standards, and Planetree International Person‐Centred Care Certification.
