Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with project teams and sponsors to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, fostering positive engagement throughout the change process.
* Work closely with other stream leads to identify, understand, and facilitate transition activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational change management, with experience in complex transformation programs preferably within higher education.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent change-management experience in complex transformation programs, preferably within higher education.
* Proven ability to lead and manage change programs, including designing, developing, and implementing change deliverables.
* Comprehensive understanding of project and change management frameworks and governance methodologies.
* Skilled in collaborating with project sponsors, managers, and owners to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
