This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel-level tax lawyer to join a busy and growing team. You'll work across a broad range of matters including:
* Income and capital gains tax, M&A and financing transactions, corporate restructures, and trusts
* Providing tax structuring and due diligence advice on complex corporate transactions
* Acting in ATO reviews, audits, and dispute resolution matters
* Collaborating with corporate, commercial, and property teams on cross-practice transactions

About You:
* 6 years + in corporate or commercial tax, ideally from a law firm or Big 4 environment
* Strong technical grounding in direct taxation (income, CGT, corporate tax)
* Experience advising on transactions, restructures, or financing matters
* Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
