About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead all aspects of the service, including operations, compliance, team leadership, and family engagement. You will play a key role in building a positive team culture, mentoring educators, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional early learning outcomes.
About You
* Ideally 5+ years' experience in leadership/management
* Strong knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and relevant legislation
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Manage change with confidence and clarity
* Passion for high-quality education and community engagement
