As a Front Counter Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering the premium customer experience Brandt/John Deere is known for.
Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional front counter service to retail, trade, and internal customers
* Interpreting parts requirements for John Deere agricultural, turf, and construction equipment
* Assisting workshop technicians with timely and accurate parts supply
* Processing parts sales, invoices, and customer orders
* Using John Deere parts catalogues and dealership systems to identify and source parts
* Managing inventory levels, including stock ordering, bin maintenance, and adjustments
* Receiving, checking, and storing incoming parts and materials
* Locating, picking, and dispatching parts to customers and other branches
* Maintaining accurate records for inventory, sales, and transactions
* Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient parts department
* Other duties as required
About you
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Experience in parts interpretation or familiarity with John Deere equipment (highly regarded)
* Ability to interpret technical diagrams and parts information
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task in a busy dealership environment
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Confident using computer systems and electronic parts catalogues
