About the Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join this close-knit, high-performing team. You'll manage a tidy portfolio with full support while enjoying a fun, positive environment that celebrates success.
Your Day Will Include:
* Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Overseeing a well-maintained property portfolio
* Multiple VAs for in-office support and leasing assistant
* Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections
* Wellness hub
* Managing compliance requirements with attention to detail
* Representing the agency at networking and industry events
About You
* Proven experience in property management
* Current QLD Real Estate Licence and driver's licence
* Motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Professional presentation and confident demeanour
* Able to work independently while being a valued team player
