Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.
Identify and support customers to explore their current and future financial needs.
Undertake transaction activities for customers.
Educate customers on using digital banking solutions.
Conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
