About this Role
This critical position reports directly to the State Manager and is essential for the smooth operation of our sales and branch activities. You will be the go-to person for coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting the sales team and ensuring our office environment runs efficiently.
* Provide support to the local sales team with reporting, CRM data accuracy and sales administration tasks.
* Support the sales team with maintaining and updating government panels and contracts.
* Liaise with building management for office access passes and external maintenance issues.
* Order, monitor and manage inventory of stationery, office supplies and staff equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the branch's First Aid Representative, conducting kit audits and ordering necessary supplies.
* Serve as the Office Fire Safety and Emergency Warden, leading evacuation drills and attending required training sessions.
* Lead showroom operations including request management, stock control, training support and coordination with Marketing and IT teams.
* Organize catering services for customer-facing and internal events and meetings.
