Senior Manager/Associate Partner (Tax Advisory & Strategy)

As part of our succession planning and continued growth, we are seeking a high‐calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advanced tax advisory services, including corporate tax structuring and restructuring
* International and cross‐border tax matters
* CGT, Div 7A, and trust structuring
* Oversee and review high‐level compliance engagements
* Business due diligence investigation and recommendations in mergers & acquisitions
* Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships
* Identify and drive business development opportunities
* Mentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staff
* Contribute to firm strategy, systems, and service offerings
* Maintain strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes
About You
* Minimum 8–10+ years' experience in public practice
* Clear & demonstrated high‐level tax technical expertise
* Proven ability to handle complex advisory work independently
* Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
* Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring others
* Ambition to step into equity partnership
* Experience with SME clients and corporate groups highly regarded
