Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust IAM architectures that meet both technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand commercial goals and translate them into secure identity solutions.
- Provide expertise in the selection, deployment, and optimization of IAM platforms and technologies.
- Drive best practices in identity governance, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic guidance on identity and security initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and future-proof.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Identity Architect or similar role, with a strong background in IAM solution design and implementation.
- Expertise in bridging technical and commercial requirements to deliver client-centric outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms such as Ping Identity, CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint and Microsoft Entra is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of security principles, including zero trust, privileged access management, and identity governance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving innovation in identity and security.
