Description

• We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
• You speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value to make informed choices that best suit their needs.
• You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
• Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while you deliver individual and group product demonstrations and help customers set up their new Apple products.
• You strive for perfection, ensuring Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Allocation: Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wednesday–Sunday) – All communities filled; Part-time (≈29 hours weekly, Thursday–Sunday) – Belconnen.

Minimum Qualifications

• For full‐timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesday to Sunday, including Saturday and Sunday, at our partner stores, and reliable attendance as scheduled.
• For part‐timers, the same while being scheduled from Thursday to Sunday, including Saturday and Sunday.
